Data deletion instructions
You can request deletion of personal data, tenant data, WhatsApp Business integration data or connected BizConnect records by emailing MooreTech.
How to request deletion
Send an email to hello@mooresystems.tech with the subject "BizConnect data deletion request". Include your name, business name, WhatsApp phone number, WABA ID or phone number ID if known, tenant name or dashboard URL, and the data you want deleted.
What can be deleted
You may request deletion or disconnection of BizConnect tenant account data, users, WhatsApp messages, flow submissions, WABA IDs, phone number IDs, access tokens, catalog sync configuration, catalog/product data stored in BizConnect, customer phone numbers, order records and payment metadata where deletion is legally permitted.
Processing time
We will acknowledge deletion requests within 7 business days and complete eligible deletion or disconnection within 30 days unless a longer period is required by law, accounting obligations, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, security investigation or backup expiry.
After deletion
Deleted integrations may stop WhatsApp templates, flows, webhooks, catalog sync, payments and tenant dashboard workflows from functioning. Some records may be retained where required for tax, payment reconciliation, legal compliance, abuse prevention or security logs.
